Cheyenne Johnson was born and raised in Smithers and is from the Gitxsan Nation. She is a dedicated professional known for her exceptional skills in problem-solving, active listening, and time management. With a strong ability to work well within a team as well as independently, she brings a unique blend of collaborative and self-driven qualities to her work.
Recently, Cheyenne was warmly welcomed by the Dze L K’ant Friendship Centre to join their esteemed Mental Health Outreach team and as Senior Chef program coordinator.
Her passion for supporting others and her commitment to making a positive impact in the community make her a valuable addition to these initiatives. With her strong work ethic and compassionate nature, Cheyenne Johnson will make significant contributions to the meaningful work being done at the Dze L K’ant Friendship Centre.
The Mental Health Outreach Program develops and delivers mental health services to individuals, families and groups. Some services offered include counselling, community activities, wellness workshops, education, and treatment referrals. Drop by to see what’s happening today!
